They should hide their heads in shame

Hi my friend,

Recently it was announced that two studies conducted by scientists at Harvard School of Public Health (the Nurses' Health Study and the Health Professionals' Follow-up Study)
apparently found no link between eating fruits and vegetables and cancer risk.

It didn't matter whether people ate two servings a day or 10--their risk of developing cancer over the 15-year study period appeared to be exactly the same, the "study" said.

Uh-huh.

That's like saying there's no link between hitting your thumb with a hammer and the throbbing pain you feel.

Studies like these are ridiculous because they loudly profess their "scientific conclusion" but they're more hush-hush about exactly how the study was conducted. (More on
that below.)

The processed food giants are thrilled because their billions are safe for now...they won't lose sales from people frightened into eating real food instead of their chemical non-foods.

The sad thing is, because of studies like this, people end up more confused than ever. And when there's confusion and frustration, people give up and eat whatever their tongue
is in the mood for, healthy or not, or whatever they can grab in a hurry.

And they live their lives praying they don't receive that diagnosis... the dreaded "C" word.

Back to the study.

It's shocking...

The two "studies" cited above were conducted by having the participants fill out forms recalling what they ate over the previous FOUR YEARS. That is not science. It's fantasy land.

Tell me, can you accurately remember what YOU ate and drank for every single meal and snack, every day for the last four years? Me neither.

And the fact that the Harvard School of Public Health is using such subjective, flimsy, inaccurate data to make such a significant statement about cancer and diet is downright
shameful.

They should hide their heads in embarrassment.

Plus what they failed to mention in this study (and every other similar study conducted on the face of the earth) is this: Cancer cannot exist in an alkaline environment. It
is impossible. It dies. It only thrives in an acid environment.

This is a proven fact and has been shown in labs time and again.

Know what makes you alkaline? Fruits, vegetables and other alkaline foods eaten in the right combinations. Period.

Know what makes you acid? Acid creating foods and badly combined meals.

All you need is common sense.

Don't make yourself an attractive home for cancer to thrive and it won't. Period.

Let me make it simple for you. I'll tell you exactly the foods that keep you alkaline and will keep the acid reflux and all those other stomach maladies running for the hills.
Great Taste No Pain makes it a cinch.
