Naturally lower high blood pressure

Hello my friend:

Here's an interesting stat...

According the American Heart Association, about 1 out of every 3 adults over the age of 20 in the US has high blood pressure. A third of them don't even know it, because there are no symptoms, hence its nickname "the silent killer."

Everyone has heard of high blood pressure, but many don't really know what it is.

Simply put, blood pressure is a measure of how much pressure is created in your arteries (blood vessels) when your heart pumps blood through them.

The top number in a blood pressure reading (systolic) is the amount of pressure in your arteries when your heart beats. The bottom number (diastolic) is the artery pressure when your heart rests between beats.

In terms of numbers, high blood pressure is anything equal to or greater than about 140/90.
If you're healthy, your heart is strong and can pump the blood easily. Your arteries are elastic and stretch when the blood is pumped into them. The oxygen-rich blood flows smoothly to all the organs, muscles, bones and tissues like it's supposed to with no undue pressure being created.

That's ideal. That's called excellent health.

But many people choose not to go against what creates the state of excellent health.
Instead their systems are overrun with acid, wastes and cholesterol from one source: What they put in their mouths.

And their hearts are weak from two things: Acid (from food) and lack of exercise.

As a result, their arteries don't stretch as easily to let the blood through, the wastes rob the blood of oxygen (which can damage the organs that need that blood, like the kidneys and brain), and the heart is put under tremendous stress to pump toxin-loaded blood all through the body.

Next there's increased pressure build-up in the arteries and voila-- you've got high blood pressure.

And if this continues long enough with the organs not getting the oxygen-rich blood they need--stroke, kidney disease and heart attack can follow.

================
It's Preventable
================

High blood pressure is considered one of the most preventable causes of premature death in the world.

Here's how you prevent it in two simple ways: 1) Move your body2) Watch what you put in your mouth.

Exercise is vital to keep your heart strong and move toxins out of the body.

I do karate, kickboxing and run and my blood pressure is 90/55. It's not rocket science.

But you don't have to be a martial artist to get exercise. Even walking 4-5 times per week can make a huge difference.

As far as food is concerned, getting and maintaining an alkaline pH is not only good for your heart, blood vessels and other organs and tissues, but your life may literally depend on it.

The single most effective and long lasting way to attain and maintain an alkaline pH, prevent cholesterol build-up and rid your body of wastes is to eat mainly alkaline foods, and correctly combine your foods so they're easily digested.

To your health,
