About Me

My photo
Sherry
In my 16 years in the health insurance industry, studying physiology and analyzing the insurance claims and medical records of thousands of people who suffered from a wide variety of stomach problems (and other maladies), I have reviewed thousands of reports of patients who had undergone a GI series, colonoscopy, barium enema, ultrasound and more. I saw thousands of prescriptions for various antacids, anti-spasmodics, pain relievers, mild tranquilizers and muscle relaxers as answers to the patients' stomach problems.

Since I learned how to eat correctly 15 years ago, I have devoted countless hours to studying the history, science and application of how to alkalize the body, testing hundreds of recipes, devising recipes of my own, and reading thousands of success stories just like my own from people whose lives changed overnight.
