Yes, Virginia, there IS help for Crohn's

Hi my friend,

Over the last week I've gotten a lot of letters from
people asking about Crohn's disease.

And I've noticed that the sufferers are getting younger
and younger--one guy wrote to me about his 13 year old son
who had just been diagnosed!

For those of you who don't know what it is, Crohn's
disease is a disorder characterized by chronic inflammation
of the digestive tract. It's a form of IBD, or
inflammatory bowel disease.

Crohn's can affect any area of the digestive tract, but it
most commonly affects the lower part of the small intestine
(the ileum).

It causes swelling that extends deep into the lining of
the small intestine. This swelling causes pain and makes
the intestines empty frequently, resulting in diarrhea. It
can also cause the intestines to get blocked, sometimes
requiring emergency surgery.

Crohn's sufferers can also be malnourished, since their
inflamed intestines have trouble absorbing nutrients from
their food.

3 out of 4 Crohn's sufferers have surgery at some point in
their life, either to clear a blockage or to remove parts
of the small intestine that have become too inflamed.

Surgery isn't a final cure, either, because Crohn's
symptoms recur, and it commonly does so right near the
first surgery site.

Now back to the letters I'm getting about Crohn's.

People are desperate because they don't want surgery, nor
do they cherish the idea of being on anti-inflammatories or
steroids (the 2 common drug therapies for Crohn's) for life.

They ask me if Great Taste No Pain can help in any way.

The answer: Absolutely. It helps in three ways.

First, inflammation of ANY kind is caused or worsened by
acidity in the body.

Having too acid a pH puts the entire body in a state of
inflammation, and makes it very difficult for the body to
heal itself and effectively use vitamins and minerals from
food.

So it's vital for people with Crohn's to have an alkaline
pH--they've already got challenges with inflammation,
healing and trouble absorbing nutrients, and these
challenges are increased exponentially with a too acid pH.

Great Taste No Pain
http://www.greattastenopain.com/great.asp helps you reach
and maintain an alkaline pH, which is essential for people
with and without Crohn's alike.

The second way GTNP helps people with Crohn's is that, by
eating correct combinations of foods and keeping acid low
in the stomach, more of the naturally occurring nutrients in
the food are preserved--instead of being destroyed by the
overproduction of acid that results from the badly
combined, acidic meals that most people eat.

Having more nutrients available from your food helps give
an already nutritionally-challenged body a fighting chance.

Underweight Crohn's sufferers often get back to their
ideal weight because the nutrients from their foods are now
actually being absorbed.

Crohn's sufferers that tend to overweight drop sizes
because, again, since their intestines are now absorbing
nutrients, their stomach is NOT sending the "hungry" signal
constantly. So you'll eat less.

Easy digestion is the third way GTNP is great for people
with Crohn's.

When you eat the way I teach in Great Taste No Pain, your
foods are digested easily, thoroughly, and with just the
right amount of acid--no more.

That results in wastes that glide through the intestines
MUCH easier, instead of getting dry, hard and stuck (and
making inflammations and blockages even worse).

And all of this is music to the ears of someone who
already has inflamed intestines to begin with.

So yes, Virginia, Great Taste No Pain can be a HUGE help
to people with Crohn's.

If you or someone you love has the challenges of Crohn's,
Great Taste No Pain is not just an option--it's a must.

PS: Lin has had no problems with Crohn's since she
started Great Taste No Pain:

Hi Sherry,

It's only been about three weeks since we started on your
plan and we've already seen results!

I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and needless to say
it's caused problems.

My husband who is physically well, no meds, did the plan
with me.

After four days we both saw a change!

I had no pain or colon problems at all... except for one
day when we were invited OUT to eat. I followed the plan
until it came to dessert. Then I didn't follow your rules
and I paid for it!

Since then I have stuck to the plan and have had NO
PROBLEMS!

My husband, who is usually ravenously hungry, said he was
surprisingly satisfied on the plan, and even lost some
weight. Oh, and he has less gas too.

We've been sharing your website with all our friends in
hopes they can also get on the road to health.

This is a life commitment for us.

Thanks for your help.

Bob & Lin Millen
